Instead prior to the actual training, TRICON will work with you to make sure that it understands your contracts and your concerns. Interviews with senior project personnel will isolate problems from the past and issues in the future.

Then using your contracts, hypotheticals are created and then used to stimulate discussion and encourage exchange among your project personnel. This approach has proven very successful, keeping the seminar from being too dry and insuring that your personnel see how project management and related terms and conditions really do make a difference on their project.
